Digital Strategy for passengers

SEA’s Online Strategy was launched in 2011. Since then activities have been focused on creating an effective and innovative digital ecosystem to revolutionize the digital presence of our airports. We have diversified our online presence with the support of four main pillars: websites, social networks, e-commerce and apps. These pillars represent our own media for promoting an awareness of our services and products, of the commercial offers of our aviation and non-aviation partners, and of the opportunities offered by the destination of Milan. The creation of an efficient e-commerce platform has made it possible to convert the reputation and trust built up through other channels into direct purchases.
